Description
This recipe is a special dipping sauce that was used in my family for dipping egg whites and Polish sausage on Easter morning.
Ingredients

hard-boiled egg yolks 2 T
mayonnaise 1 T
white vinegar 1 t
Dijon mustardInstructions
Notes
In a small bowl, mash the yolks of the hard-boiled eggs. Add the mayonnaise, white vinegar, and dijon mustard and blend until creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.
