Description
Pork Tenderloin cooked in a crock pot with lots of spices and then pulled for shredded pork that can be used in sandwiches, casseroles, or tacos. I loved discovering that you can use a lower fat cut of meat to make pulled pork. You won't have to convince your family to eat this!
Ingredients
2 lb
pork tenderloin 1 1⁄2 c
chicken broth 1
onion (diced) 2 clv
garlic (minced) 1
lime (juiced) 1⁄3 c
ketchup 2 T
molasses 2 T
chili powder 1⁄2 t
cinnamon 1 t
cuminInstructions
In a crock pot take pork tenderloin rolls and cover them with chicken broth. Add onion, garlic, lime juice, molasses, ketchup, and spices. Mix ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours. After it is cooked take meat out and with two forks pull the meat apart into pieces. It should be falling apart. Put the meat back in the juices and serve.
