Home-made chicken soup with fresh parsley and lemon juice. This is our go to soup when someone in the house has a cold or when we are looking for a light meal.
Saute celery, carrots and onions. Heat broth, chicken, celery, carrots, onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper in medium sized pot. Add cooked rice and serve.
